Have you seen this car?
I'm looking for the owner of this car. It was my best friends car that was sold off after his death to help pay for the estate. I just want to catch up with the owner and see if the car is back up for sale. It is a 93 Convertable with a twin turbo swap, Jdm turbo's, HID conversion kit and of course the custom SuperCoupe Intercoolers. To my knowledge the car was sold to someone in the kentucky or surrounding states

Try TwinTurbo.NET... much bigger site. (And you can probably leave "JDM turbos" out of your description, since they're just the smaller USDM Auto turbos - nothing distinguishing about them.)
