it really depends on how lucky you get on finding a decent used one. i've had an opportunity to pick a decent one up for $100 because the guy that had it didn't know what it was worth. also if you are doing your own work. but as a guess i'd say you'll be looking at about $1000. but do try just changing your gear oil to some good stuff first. it may have just gotten low on oil, and you might be able to get some more time out of it by topping it off.
wow thats a big number
any estimate on a the cost for a new gearbox, just the part
and an estimated on the labor would be good too, gotta figure out what to do about its $1000 is a big *** number ahaha
well i guess i can try out changing the fluids first to see what it does
soo redline huh
is that coolant or motor oil ?

If you've got the tranny out, I'd recommend a new clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, slave if it's inside the tranny. Basically anything that might cause you to have to remove it again anytime soon, unless the clutch and such is new.
drain it then fill it? theres a plug for both... pretty easy! drain is on the side its at the level i believe that once all the fluid you need is in it will start to leak out and teh drain is on the bottom. have fun finding a way to actually transfer the fluid from the bottle its in into the tranny though thats always a fun project
there's a thread about it. what you will need is 3 bottles. cut the top off of the little squirt nozzle, and stick a rubber hose on it. any generic automotive hose that will stretch and bend without kinking will do. then hold the bottle as high as you can and squeeze it with a clamp if you have to to get it all in. then just keep topping off the one bottle to have enough to squeeze. it's a pain. you may need 4 bottles. i can't remember.
where are these plugs and like where do i add the gear oil into
sorry if im asking too much

The plugs are on the transmission... you'll need a 1/2" breaker bar to get them (they're square socked-ended plugs). One is on the driver's side (fill plug) the other is on the very bottom. Fill it until fluid drips out of the fill plug (as Eric said).
And no offense, but if you had just gotten under the car and looked for yourself, it would've been so obvious that you wouldn't have needed to ask. You could also searched.

btw, my plugs were super f-ing tight and i needed to get the car jacked up enough that i could get a pipe on my breaker bar. then you need someone pushing in on the end in the plug so that it doesn't come out and ruin your plug
yeah seriously. you really need to know that a Z32 has been very well maintained if you are going to buy it without a lot of time and money for repairs. i got F-ed. i spent $4000 on the car, then $5000 on the engine withing 2 months of having it
