front fascia

if i want to change my front bumper to the jdm 99 one do i need all the brackets and stuff to pùt it on or just the bumper it self...cause its 500 for everything and just like 300 or something for the bumper...

You only need the bumper and the side markers (they're a different shape than the 90-98 side markers). You already have all the brackets you'll need on your car.
