Found this TT, is it worth? ANY Advice?

hi, I found this 1991 300ZX TT. The car has 20 miles on newly rebuilt moter and 160K on chassic. the owner said the front bumper is off because of large FMIC in place and bought a aftermarket bumper but hasn't paint it yet, don't know which brand it was. Is it Worth the price? Any advice? I'd really appreciate it.
Link for the car is below,

Dude, he misspelled half that ad, his pics show either an NA engine or a LARGELY unassembled TT engine, he misspells the brand names of modifications he allegedly has on the car, he street races... do I really need to keep going?

I'd give him $2000 for this beat up piece of crap.

I know, he listed in the post the intercooler is HKS but i doubt it, doen't seem like HKS and i never heard of BLITZ 740 fuel injectors. have you heard of it. I made a appointment with him tommorrow 2 hours drive from my home. do you think is worth the trip. And one more thing, i asked him about the intake, JWT or which brand, he wasn't even sure about it.

... by the way, I got my current TT with less than 120k on the odometer for $5k and my previous TT with 120k for $5490. Neither had rust, both were fully functional and ADULT OWNED.
