Amp cover I built...

I placed both my amps on the shelf behind our seats. I was using one of my T-top covers to cover them up so I built a wooden box to cover them with my dad. I left the back open (part that faces trunk) so air can get in there. I also hooked up two computer fans to the remote turn on lead to my amp so whenever my amps are on the fans turn on and blow the hot air from inside the box into the trunk.

Heres pics of the box. My mom helped me upholster it with a fake leather material I picked up at a store. All of these pics are with my camera phone so sorry if they arnt up to your standards.

I think it matches pretty well with the rest or the interior leather in the car. Tell me what you think.

Tim

Wish the Bose hadn't of gone out coulda used the grand I spent on stereo equipment on payin off the Z. Shame about the speakers they get hella loud but I bought those black pvc speaker adapters instead or the metal factory (non-bose) ones and I have to turn the bass to 0 or negative to the speakers cuz the they sound like garbage if I listen to anything with any sort or deep bass. It's okay though other then deep bass they sound great and my sub takes care of the bass for me anyways.

post pictures of yoru computer fan setup? i thought about doing this as well, did you ground them on the amp ground aswell? If I do it, i'll get some with lights. my amp cover is similar to yours, only comes down the back, I got mine from chris toupance on TT.net pretty nice, has a Z cut in the top middle with red plating behind it. anyways, thats nice dude, want to see the copmtuer fan setup.

It's a compilation of everything that is me.

I'll get pics of the fans it's not impressive and half the time falls over because I did it in less than 10 minutes. I did ground it with the amp aswell.
