O.K. I have changed my 2 interior audio fuses twice in the last week. And the fuses continue to blow. Could the alternator be bad and surging. Im just confused because guages all work , however stereo interior lights and door chime all dead suggestions please.

 

Sounds like you developed a short somewhere. Is it a custom audio system? I'd start checking the connections, and lines looking for loose/dammaged wires.

Well, after market = non o.e.m. = custom.

There is probably a splice in the harness that has gone bad and is causing a short.
