It's pretty hard to say without more info. 36K is a low amount of miles, but how was it taken care of in those 36K miles? What kind of condition is EVERYTHING in? title? There's a lot that factors into a price tag. But that could possibly be a good buy...sweet find.

It sounds really good. I would do a back ground check though just to be safe. I have seen Vettes with less than 20k that have had the whole front replaced. As for lowering you should probably not go much more than 2 inches. Z cars have a camber problem when you lower them. A little rear camber is good, but it will tear your tires up. If you are like me and get new tires every 20k then you should be fine. Otherwise they do make adjustment kits.
