It's a private seller, so you probably have to get your own financing.

That's just my guess and of course I could be wrong.

No offense, but did you think we didn't know what an SMZ was? The question is, do you know what an SR-71 Z is? Or the GT-Z...

Non taken, but why whould I assume such, and how did you come to the conclusion that I didn't think you guy knew what SMZ was? I ran across this last night and I thought I'd share. It was a very low mile Z and it looked damn good. If you hit the link that was posted with the text, you'd see that I copied and paste the text from autotrader.com.

All I know about the GT-Z is it was also tuned by Steve M.

And if I remember correctly, SR71 was tuned by some Texas company. It had more power then the Millen cars.

My point is, you could've just said "hey, check it out, an SMZ for sale." Yeah, the ad is written for people who don't know what one is, but in a forum where that knowledge is implied, it's not necessary to copy/paste that info. What's done is done, I simply didn't think it was necessary to provide info beyond the fact that there's a low mileage one for sale.

I suppose your point would be right on, especially on a forum where Z car knowledge is all knowing, but unfortunately not everyone has your encyclopedic knowledge regarding this subject or any other subject for that matter.

The copy and paste was to show the description of the said car and nothing more and nothing less. As with anything is life, there is nothing wrong with bringing specifics when approaching any subject. Even as trivial as the subject of Z car on a Z car forum.

After all, like the poster who posted after you, this was a new knowledge, so it did benefit someone.

Regards.

What was the miles on that car?

After seeing what they are going for, if the miles were relatively low, 16k sounds like a steal.

It was a modified Z32 sold by Motorsports International of Waco, Texas. Basically all HKS parts, over 400hp (464bhp @ 17psi is what it was sold as, but there were cars that had over 500hp). Intake, exhaust, turbos and intercoolers, Kaminari body components, etc.

I'm on vacation and don't have my external hard drive with me, so I'll post more pics when I get home. Pics of these things seem to be impossible to come by.
