I've been shopping around a bit on these suspension parts. AMZ sells some pretty nice stuff too. http://www.amzperformance.com/z32/ . Some stuff is more affordable and some stuff is more expensive. They have an Escort Racing Suspension package right now for $1149.99. It includes adjustable tension rods, adjustable front upper arms, adjustable rear upper arms, subframe spacers and a HICAS Eliminator. I've never heard of Escort Racing. All of the stuff looks similar to the stuff that SPL makes except for the HICAS eliminator. What do you guys think? Should I stick with SPL? Also, AMZ sells a solid tie rod. Where the hell does it go? I haven't been able to find it on a diagram. Is that the same as what is referred to as the lower link in the repair manual? Worth it, or not? Right now, I'm leaning towards SPL still because of the article I read on the SPL sight about the Project 300Z. I'll probably stick with the SPL front and rear upper arms and the adjustable tension rod for now. I'll pickup the NISMO spindle bushings also. I may be done with mods to the Z for this year. Next year I'll add strut bars and adjustable sway bars. The following year, I'll add the traction bars, HICAS eliminator (required for these mods) and new lower arms and that tie-rod. Call it my 2 year plan.

Amy and I have a 10 year plan on the house. There's so much work we need to do with it (pool, fences, paint, carpet, landscaping, etc.). If it wasn't for the house, then I'd buy all the Z mods now. As it is, I have all my stuff shipped to work so that she doesn't know about it all. She'd kick my ***. She doesn't understand my obsession with this car. Then there's the truck. My next step is a set of headers, then a 6" lift and 33's. I keep telling her, "It's only money."

91, thats basically what i am doing. im gonna have my friend order the AshSpec ecu and have it shipped to his house. probably likewise with the headers, but i gotta schedule that in with the clutch rebuild, dont think my dad will notice them, will he?
ive got one last resort for the Eibachs. one of my neigbors might have a camber kit that he never used, or he can pick one up, something like that. anyway, next time i see him ill talk business

Pops won't notice the ECU, but he'll know about the headers as soon as you strat the car up. The car will be noticeably louder. Pops wouldn't notice the springs. All you'd have to do is shave off the Eibach logo on the springs and dirty them up a bit when you put them on the car. Make sure you toss the old springs.
