Harry, I have 18" wheels. There is approximately 1/4" between the caliper and wheel spokes in the stock location. Are you saying the 3000gtvr4 kit will clear?

Just for the record, the Skyline brake rotors are only 1.5 centimeters larger in diameter. Like Harry said, the thickness helps with fade and warping, but the kit won't stop much better than stock. That's why I like the 3000GT VR4 kit... sure, it needs 1.5cm wheel spacers, but that's a small sacrifice for 1.5 extra inches in diameter.

CC you know I didn't even think to compare the differences from the 350 to the 300, mine are sitting right next to each other.

one of his conditions is that the brakes must fit under the stock wheels... 350Z rotors do not.

I am not a kid and I am not fixated on the Skyline kit. I just wanted info on it. Like I said, I wanted a kit that looks stock and requires no modification. The Skyline kit provides that. Basically, I was curious whether anybody had actual numbers, not alternative solutions. I like to concentrate on one thing first. Then, when I have the info on that, I will move onto the other options. That is all that took place here.
