Santa came in a brown truck!! 19's!!
I got FINALLY got my new wheels in yesterday. Test fitted last night. They look great! 19"x8.5" on the front and 19"x10" on the rear. Also recieved my rear tires, Dunlop SP 8000 285/30/19. I have to wait until X-mas to get the cash for the front tires. I am goint to do a 4 wheel alignment before mounting. I CAN'T WAIT! I am planning on running 225/35/19 on the front. But I may have to go with a 235/30/19. Is anyone else running this wheel combo? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nice looking wheels
I myself am still running on the stock wheels but I have found that while sticking with those original Dunlops seems sound in theory, it is actually a LOT more cost effective to go with a more modern style. I would have to check and see which brand I'm using now but this is the first time I have ever used something besides the Dunlop SPs and I must say I am impressed. They have already lasted longer than the SPs and seem to grip the road (under dry and warm conditions) even better.

Check the link here: TOYO TIRE CANADA You'll see that the stock z32 tire, 225/50-16 has a 24.7" outside diameter. You'll want to find tires that are relatively close to that diameter.

look really nice...19" would be too much for me though, and i didnt know you could fit 285's on 10" wide wheels in the rear...everywhere i went looking at wheels wouldnt let me go bigger than 9.5" with 275's

Why did you choose a 60 series tire? That's pretty tall. I don't remember exactly, but aren't the stock tires 225/50's? Going from 16's - 18's and going from a 50 series to a 60 series??? Why?

Yeah, they are pretty heavy for sure. But I am not into the racing scene anymore. I have raced about everything there is to race in my life. Now I am more about looking fast than going fast. Besides, She is all stock except for the Greddy Profec II EBC. Anyway, Thanks for the kudos. I am pretty happy with how it looks. Although, I do not recommend 19x10's on the back. They stick out ever so slightly and give it alittle too much of a dragster look to me. I kind of wish I would have went with 9.5's. But...... the money is spent and I am happy. In the long run..... Thats all that matters right?

4x4ish?........... Is your car green too? Nah, I like it. It looks good to me. As for being a poseur, Yeah I guess I am. But in my experience with fast cars. The faster they go, the more you work on them. And I am just not into that anymore. I went for the Z32 because I love the styling of these cars. I just wanted a car that looked good, with good power at the pedal and good handling capability. I am too old too work on them for weeks at a time and still enjoy them. Like I stated before, I have had many cars much faster, But then reliablity becomes a factor. All in all, I am very happy with my Z, and do not see myself selling it anytime soon. Thanks for the constructive thoughts though. I am the first to say when I do not like something. And respect your opinions. Thanks again!

Nice man, but way too big for my taste, IMO, Stock rims look better then most of the aftermarket rims out there. The only way I'm changing my TT rims is if I get a hell of a deal on some clea non-bling 17's. However, if anyone has a stock rim they need to get rid of, one of mine is damaged...So Message me and I'll take it off your hands =0)

soooo much rim....like the style has lots of metal..i like open spaces see the brakes and junk (they still look nice) and yeha 19's.....i liek my 17's but 18's are nice and as big as i would go on any CAR. 10 is wide but i kinda like the wide rear tire look....thats also lots of torque thats now getting exerted on everything else, so much grip...i wish i had stock rims for one reason only, that would be winter. besides that, i have never liked stock rims on any Almost any sort of car...but ive seen some exceptions, specially racing cars (evos', sti's, r32's, etc.)
