rims and performance??

hey guyZ what is happening i gotta dumb question to ask....when you lighten your pulleys and flywheel ,driveshaft i know you free up extra horsepower so i assume lightening your rims would help as well....so i was wondering how much stock 300zx rims weigh the aluminium one's not the chrome ... and what the best rim for weight reduction that would fit a 93 Z would be i am on a budget though....how much difference can a much lighter rim make on performance?
