Need wheel Advice

Hey guys I am looking to go bigger from the stock Z32 rims and found the Enkei L-SR wheel, my only thing is I dont know what would be the best setup for them. I want the 18's but dont know what to get from there. They come in 18x7.5 with 42 offset, an 18x8 with 40 and 50 offset, and a 18x9 40 offset. what would be the best way to go???

my z32 has 225/50/16's on the front and 245/45/16's on the rear so keep in mind I would still like to have the wider tires on the rear but they dont have to be. with that said what would be the best Tire size for the 18's for keeping a decent size looking Sidewall? I hate the 1/2-1 inch sidewalls looks stupid IMO...

thank guys
