Leaking hose?

Leaking hose?
my power steering is leaking a lot and I found the hose that it is, just don't know the name of it. Would this be the return line hose? I can turn the steering wheel pretty easy but it stays in place when I turn it. It doesn't roll back to straight. I took a couple of pics let me know if you guys know the name of this hose so I can order it and change it
