Its hard to show quality

but I'll try to show some more pics of the stitching and you'll have to take my word for it that the leather they used is flawless and the microfiber is perfect.

I don't think my *** would fit in those "exotic" seats

Alright, Its done and looks really good

It took about 8 hours to do (we didn't have a hog ring wrench) and now my hands hurt like hell, but I think it was worth it. Thanks to James at ImportsExtreme.com

New (rewrapped) steering wheel
new Leather/microfibre seat skins
new shift boot and e-brake boot

Total cost was like 1200$

Those are not part of the package

the loafers were purchased separately.

Good Lord GoofyZ, that is one HOT mod. I'm in a similar situation as entropy31 in that my interior doesn't need to be replaced, but it's something I had been contemplating prior to finding the Z I just bought because so many of the ones I'd seen had shredded, nasty upholstery.

When you were shopping for replacement upholstery, did you consider trying http://www.leatherseats.com/ ? They appear to make pretty sweet stuff, and their package comes with shift boot and center console lid. I've been thinking about doing the overhaul anyway, just because I'm made of money. :sarcastic_smiley:

i did look at them

But I went with Importsextreme cause they had core steering wheels they send out with rewraps so I could keep driving my car in the interim. That was one part of the new interior I didn't want to do cause it just never comes out looking as good or lasting as long as when a professional does it. (at least not when I tried in the past)

I got

Shift boot
e-brake boot
seat skins (custom)
steering wheel rewrap

for about 1300$

I think Leatherseats.com does it for 780$ for the seats+ 50-60$ for the steeringwheel (You rewrap it yourself) and 100$ for the boots. for about 1000$ with shipping. I heard good things about Importsextreme.com and I was impressed with their quality, worksmanship, fast turnaround and customer service, yes, they cost more but they do a great job.

I think their customer service sucks. I sent them an email about their trim kits to get rid of my tweed interior and they haven't made any contact with me. I want to get that microfiber suede. I think I'll give them another shot.
