yeah, unfortunately most of them dont ship overseas, but soon i'll be there and I plan on buying up z parts out the wizzang and shipping them over here

Why don't you just go to ebay and buy aset of 9006 HID's with ballast and plug andn play. It's about 200.00 and some change for the set up.
