So, I searched this over for about an hour and came up with nothing. I even looked in Rizz's Link Page and found nothing relating.

I'm wondering how to troubleshoot this problem. When I try to select which vent the AC/Heat blows out of it just stays on one setting.. Face and Floor. I'm going to eventually need it to change from that. How do I go about fixing this? It must be electronically driven, so possibly a short in the wiring? Fuse? Oh, And I DO NOT have the automatic Climate control.
