Ok. I got my headlamps and everything looks good except for one complaint. The driver's side projector looks positioned slightly different than the passenger. Also there is a screw sticking out if you look down in there. I emailed them about it and they said that they can fix the screw issue but that reopening the headlamp may cause problems down the road. Should I send it back or just install it and forget about it? They said that they mounted the projectors to the stock brackets and that it's unlikely that the screw caused the projector to shift. Here are the pics.
You can see the exposed screw on the bottom right side of the lens.
Drivers side:
You can see the screw on the passenger side as well but it's tucked underneath the plastic part.
Passenger:
There shouldn't be a problem with the light pattern as the aiming is done externally but it's just one of those little things that bug you.

Dude,...you're killin' me. Just about the time I think I'm approaching completion of the 'reasonable' mod list you go and do something like this. I'll add those when I add my JDM front bumper.
