reference this site http://www.speedyzx.com/ on toward the bottom is a link to Trevor at visial dynamics. the link appears to be broken right now, at least I can't get it to come up also tried my direct link to it and it doesn't seem to work right now. They have a HID kit that Speedyzx spoke highly of. I've read several articals stating that some of those higher wattage bulbs can damage your housing on the inside. Don't know that for fact just have read it. I went the JDM HID's.

well the higher wattage bulbs can and will damage your housing for sure. As far as adding an HID to a Z, the stock lens are not the greatest quality.

Sylvania Silverstar as the alternative to HID. They do make a big difference. When I swithed 1 light from OEM to the Silverstar. The Silverstar made the OEM look yellow by comparison.

only the fog lights have glare guards.

You could simply retrofit the stock projectors with HID...will run you about $500 (Valeo ECE projectors, ballasts, bulbs and harness)
I did mine and they look stock.

hey, check out ebay, instead of spending 1400 on the conversion to HID, you can get it for $315 shipped..... our headlights are 9006.... just type in 9006 HID conversion, it should come up.... it plugs into your stock harness i guess, and you put the little power inverter under you hood, and you have some HID's, a kid i work w/ has them, they are awsome, and they only cost $315..... thats just my 2 cents, but thats what i plan on doing eventually
