Heater bypass fix?

Hello y'all!
I barely noticed the previous owner before me did a heater bypass on it, does anyone know if there's a solution to fix that? A link to the hoses needed to plug everything back in? I bought the little mini radiator heater thing , anyone fixed a bypass before? Any help would be great please(:

this is as best as i can get with all the stuff in the way but i put up a pic of me pointing ot the hose they adapted which i assume isnt original cause it looks like it does a complete loop. and the other some parts where i assume the original hoses go into the firewall but are disconnected. anyone know what hose i would need to buy? OR JUST GO TO NAPA AND ORDER WHAT SIZE HOSES TO PUT INTO THERE? i also bought the heater radiator core just incase if thats why the previous owner did the bypass cause it was leaking or something.
any info or help on how to fix this would help, thank you

ps. sorry for the poor quality my camera sucks lol
