Headlight fuse is funked

So my headlight keep quittin on me... and I've narrowed it down to the headlight fuse.
If i wiggle the fuse the lights tend to go back on, and then turn off whenever they feel like it. I don't think the fuse has broken(it doesn't look that way..)
Could this be a harness prob. Please any info would help and save me from hitting a deer:P

the fuse holder has wires connect to each link, they are probably frayed/comming off. fix em. lol. and replace the fuse anyways.
could also bee bad connection in the spade clips inside teh fuse holder, see if you cant bend them in a hair and clean them up good.

haha, yeah, its called the wiggle test (its actually a test stated in certain dealership training for mechanics) if you wiggle it and it fixes the problem, it is the problem. so its connection somewhere in that very concentrated vacinity
