Got a new boot set, changed the shift boot with ease, pulled out all the center console screws and damn, is there something im missing?

I have no idea how this e-brake boot comes out and couldnt find anything in the search.

Someone help me out.

 

I'd swear I read a write up on this off TTnet the other day but I cant be sure. Check there maybe.
