Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. Check out my avitar. I put a CF hood on mine for a couple of reasons.
1. I love the looks of it! <LOL>
2. The hood on mine, when I bought it, was an aftermarket hood. It was steel instead of aluminum.
3. I bought my CF for less than I could find a stock aluminum hood, strange at it might seem.
I wish I bought the induction hood instead of the OEM style in CF, but I would have gotten the inductions style hood cheaper than the stock. Realize that the CF hood typically has fiberglass reinenforcements on the backside, which makes it heavier than the stock aluminum. Just thought that I would let you know.
I would like to find a good price on a CF vented facial to finish off the front end. I think that would look awesome with the Greedy body kit I installed, but they typically want as much or more than what I paid for the hood just for the facial!
