Any part that is small enough to be shipped through the USPS, I can get for you from Tokyo Auto.

UltimateZ.com > Z32 300ZX > Body & Lighting

When I worked there, I pretty much added all the 99 JSpec stuff to their page. There's also a JSpec Packages page, but the price is off. Either way, as a good rule of thumb, call to place orders, because you can't negotiate a deal through a website.

A bumper is waaaayyyyy too big to be shipped through the USPS. The tail lights will cost about the same as it would through an online vendor. I'm not too sure about the HID's but I'm assuming the same. A lot of the new parts will be the same price. It's used parts that I can score for decent prices. I can get used OEM for pretty good deals sometimes. I just picked up a used center armrest piece (the entire section of plastic and tweed) for under $30. I also managed to score some clear corners, T-top shades, hatch tonneau, fog lights, shift boot, and a few other items all for about $10 from a junkyard. Used aftermarket comes around every now and then. Mainly I get people parts from the Tokyo Auto website. If you go to
http://www.jdmfairladyz.com/store.html
you can read up on exactly what it is I am capable of. It's pretty self explanatory on there.

As well...I can help you guys so that makes two. I can run the yahoo auction here which has nearly 75 pages of parts at any time. I have the accounts set up and ready to go. The Tokyo Auto site is good, just very expensive. Scrapyards...well usually finetooth combed before the car hit them but occasionally there are goodies. I would not bother with a 99J-spec bumper because you can buy the bumper in the US at the same price here for $545 http://www.conceptzperformance.com/C...154125.2.0.147

As for auction sites

go here ( all in Japanese but you can figure it out for page to page ) Lemme know if there is something you want and shoot me an e-mail at japanz32@yahoo.com

http://search1.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/...ale=0jp&mode=1

click the 50 in the top right for the next page and everything is listed by pictures, ending soonest. Any questions I can help I am sure.

Lets not forget that Tokyo Auto

Z's come into junkyards occasionally but they don't stick around. Cars get smashed within days unlike in the states where they sit forever and get picked apart. Japan just gets rid of the junked cars. You have to check them almost every day and just hope to get lucky.

If you are not here and checking around or have a friend who knows someone then there is no easy way. As for a decent pair of HID lights or a tails or the famous Xeonon lights will be gone before the car hits the yard. If it does hit the yard, the parts go on yahoo japan if they are not bought immediately. Then if you are lucky to see them by that point guys like me grab them and hoard them untill I get to put them on their car or Ebay. But I am still not fast enough nor rich enough to drop the cash like some people can here. Scary fast market and everyone knows what is worth cash.

Did you click the links? Go there and then I can save myself looking though 75pages. When you find something post the link and I will tell you.

Basically though...a shift **** and boot? Stock or Navan or Momo or which? Navan will run you about $100 and up, momo can fetch $200. Boots can run $100 for custom. Stock, easier and cheaper to get in the US. T-tops are big and bulky heavy. Shipping for one alone will be about $85-100 to the US via EMS. Color, faster to repaint.

link 1
Currently at $250 and one day to go. Clear tails, used. No damage, no claim no return. 3 people bidding. Tokyo Auto item

Link 2
Currently at $60 and one day to go. Red written center garnish, used. No damage, no claim no return. 5 people bidding. Tokyo Auto item

Link 3
Currently at $27 and 1 day to go with 12 bidders. No one will get this item as I am the guy with the highest bid and reseved higher bid. It is the panel for the rear lit writting. There are no electronics included, panel only. Tokyo Auto item

Link 4
Version R red stitch shift ****. This is the same one that you see in the final model. $60 buy price and is available anytime by the looks of it.

Link 5
That is an antenna for a Z31 and the price is about $75 and way too high for a used and yes factory item. ABout to be relisted as there is one day left.

Link 6
Nismo Muffler set 5 people bidding and about $100. It will likely peak out around $250

As for mirrors, they are easily found here and run for about $25 and up. Foldable and all power. Shipping is heavy on them at about $50 to the US. Like take these for instance, they are currently $5 and will sell in a day. There is only one bidder.
http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g38898058

Most if not all mirrors on here are power opted and occasion they have heated mirrors as well. Hope this helps.

Every one of those items, except for probably the Nismo exhaust, the folding mirrors, and the custom 300zx center tail panel are all available here in the United States/Canada.

If you consider international shipping + customs charges, and it would probably be cheaper to just buy them from a retailer here in the states (although I was too lazy to do the actual math) ....but that's just my 2 cents.

Thank god we have translators here! I guess I'll go browse the listings now. Your guys are cool to have around here

Well, after browsing through all that stuff I found some pretty cool things and was just wondering if you could fill me in on some of the info provided?
(reserves?, condition if need be mentioned, any specific need-to-know info?)

(I noticed they have some of the same ricey mods there as well LOL)

These however are on my wish list:

http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p39208811 (please check the price on this one and see if you think it's a typo...seems really low to me even for used, especially when every other setup is almost 10x that price...anything wrong with them or is it just that Nismo products are more common there?)

http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p46050012 (just curious, not serious about this one)

http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/75784039

http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r19538702 (Interested because it's just so JDM I gotta love it ....too expensive for me tho)

This one cracked me up:

http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k29546715

Thanks for any and all help, you guys being over there and being able to interpret is just the greatest thing I can think of.....so is there anything that Japan craves that we've got?

1st link is Nismo suspension, used and considered worthless because of the age. However kiss it good bye as it is gone in 4 hours to the guy who bid on it. Will sell and at $85 US.

2nd link
Cross bar body stiffener. This bad boy only runs you about $500US and you will need to cut and drill holes in your interior to make it fit. Always available at a buy it now price. Very nice chrome set up and not to be confused as a safety part.

3rd link
4 point roll bar weighing in at about 25lbs.$350 scroll down on the link to see different set ups from the same seller.

4th link
Monaco bar and tow hook extension, buy it now price of about $140US. Does what it looks like it is doing. It acts like a sway bar somewhat

5th link
TC-F Racing mirrors. Only the dumbest I have ever seen but will set you back an easy $425 US. Buy now price.

6th link ( the best one )
Now these are $5 and I am going to buy every last one and stench my Z with them. lol pine tree smell is the worst!

Yeah it is good to have someone doing this but it is more like a business every day for me. I am on here a lot checking parts and shipping them.

As for the crave in Japan...what is the hottest thing you can offer? That you didn't see in those pages?
