pathy manifold installed....but what lines, sensors etc do I need?

pathy manifold installed....but what lines, sensors etc do I need?
I've already followed the Z31.com instructions on how to install the pathy manifold. Other than the AACV, I need help as to what other lines to hook up and where and what sensors to keep.
