Electrical issue

I recently acquired a 1986 z31 and know very little about cars in general. I am having an issue where many electrical components such as the signal lights, hazard lights, brake lights, and radio are not working. This seems odd because there are other components like the headlights and the window motors that do work. Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure that the ground wire from the battery is grounded to the firewall.

Thank you for the help. I will try this asap.

Edit: I was able to get all the lights working by replacing a fusible link, the flasher relay, and bypassing the brake light censor.

Most electrical problems I have found in this car and bad grounds. If you have a Nissan battery harness, it should have a ground strap right after the battery connection. Then it bolts right to firewall. Glad you got it working with what you did.
