drive shaft

I'm looking for a drive shaft for an 88 turbo AT, I looked at MSA, but $270 is a little steep. Is there a cheaper place that also sells one with removeable U-joints. Thanx for the help.

With removable U-Joints? Probably not. Might try to see if a local driveshaft company can make you one for cheaper or modify your existing driveshaft for less money. Otherwise, buy a used one or search junkyards. I've never paid more than $50 for a driveshaft.

I check all the junk yards around here and theres none, I also call around in different states and if they have one the U-joints are shot or they want $150 for it. So I think its best to get a new one. I did have one made for my 280zx but that was $350.

If you can get a new one for a 88 Turbo for $150, I'd jump on it. The 88T AT transmission is the same as the NA car so any 87-89 NA or turbo driveshaft will work.
