Digital cluster no power

So I have this 1984 300zx turbo 50th Anniversary Edition that I am trying to bring back to life. Car starts and runs with no issues. I am trying to put the original digital cluster back in the car but I get no power, blank....the power supply unit is good. Nothing comes on in the dashboard, checked all fuses and they are good. I looked in the FSM and there is no relay for the digital cluster that I'm aware of. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.(disclaimer.....Electrical issues are always challenging to me).

How do you know the power supply is good? If you dash it dead, my first thought would be power supply.

Mine also stopped working today. Well, at least today was the first time I started it in about a week or two, and it was working before. But all of the other lights in the gauge cluster work fine. Maybe it is a loose connection, but I can't remove my cluster easily for some reason, it only comes out abou 3/4ths of the way, and that isn't enough to see or get my hands behind it.
