i know this is very basic but i could not find it anywhere in the owners or shop manuals i have, its the light right in the middle of the right side instrument panel it looks like a filter? or carousel shape , is it the fuel filter i need to change?

 

If its a yellow light in the middle of the right side, then its your coolant light. Means you are low on coolant and may have a leak in the system somewhere. I myself am in the middle of replacing every hose in my car because a hose burst and gave little to no warning.

 

You didn't look very hard then because it's in all of the repair manuals I've seen as well as 100% positive it's in the owners manual.
