Cooling system question...

If you dont have a thermostat will it make the car overheat somehow??? I recently did the electric fan conversion and took those shrouds out ... i took the thermostat out too since im in south florida and nobody here uses the heater... i got one of those imperial electric cooling fans Part # 226116 14 inchs. in diameter the car runs good at highways no overheating... i got the condenser fan on all the time i wire the 2 fans work all the time... when im driving in city you know stop and go the ( i got digital dash) line goes up one or two but if igo faster the temperature goes to normal.... help would be really apreciated.... thanks Z people...

yep the shrouds and the clutch fan made a big diff. now the car's even running cooler... shouldnt do that electric fan convertion it isn't worth the bother i take that back dough... but now im gonna need to think good about the intercooler piping... its thigh 'round the turbo area... but doable....
