Unhappy 88 N/A Auto trans filter

I am currently doing a trans flush on my 88 n/a and I can't figure out how to get the filter out. I have removed the pan and every bolt except for one, and this particular bolt has a different head on it. all it does is spin, but won't come out. I tried tightening and loosening but it literally just spins. anyone know how to get it out?

After thinking about it for a couple days, it seems like there's a nut on the other side of the bolt... If it does, is there anyone who knows an easier way to do it then to pull the next section of the pan off? Many thanks.

There are no through bolts on the trans filter. just start at one point on the edge of the trans filter and work your way around, it's no difficult. if you have the new trans filter, you can also use that find where ll of the bolts are.

The problem is there is just one bolt there that won't come out. I don't have a camera to take a picture of which one it is, but it just spins; it won't tighten or loosen.
