I don't know about the transmition from a Z32, but the front calipers are a direct fit. You can also use the rotors, if you change the hubs to those of an 88-89 turbo, and keep your wheels if you want to.
My 86 Turbo has an 85 N/A gearbox in it and I've never had any problems after the swap.
