might want to make sure you get wheels with those rims. it'll work better that way.

I bought a great looking set of rims a while back, but, was so disappointed because they were not attached to wheels. I couldn't bolt them onto the car.

RIM
Noun
Singular (rim)
Plural (rims)

An edge around something, especially when circular.

WHEEL
Noun
Singular (wheel)
Plural (wheels)

A circular device capable of rotating on its axis, facilitating movement or transportation or performing labour in machines.

A sentence using the words wheel, and, rim that puts their usage into proper context.
"Celtic chariots introduced an iron rim around the wheel in the 1st millennium BC."
Obviously, even the ancient Celtics knew the difference between a wheel and a rim.

An explanation of the current misspeak is summed up in the following.
In recent times, the custom aftermarket car-wheel has become a status symbol. These wheels are often incorrectly referred to as "rims." The term "rim" is incorrect because the rim is only a portion of a wheel, just as with a coffee cup or meteor crater. These "rims" have a great deal of variation, and are often very shiny. Some custom "rims" include a bearing-mounted, free-spinning disc which continues to rotate by inertia after the automobile is stopped. In slang, these are referred to as "Spinners"

Are you serious? You have no idea how to read a chart? You're going to fail miserably in the real world then.

What part are you confused by? Don't know what year you have? The numbers?
