ok i'll be getting about 4-6000 bucks real soon and i want to get my self a turbo z31 i have an NA one. i just want to know what would be the best turbo z31. A 84-86, A 87-89, 50AE, SS or all they all the same?

87-89turbo, then with the extra money, bigger injectors, fuel control, turbo timer, boost controller, oil cooler, intercooler, bigger turbo, exhaust, all can be bought for about $5-6k

 

i like the 50AE, myself--i had a 1986--loved it, too--letting my mechanic earn it for himself-----but i like the AE most bestest--has features no tfindable on most of the rest.....hard to find, actually--only 1078 left--or 1079--i fergit which.., i know a guy with 4 of them--had'em since new--old man-he loves'em too x4!!!
