Got a whole host of electrical issues on a z31 I've been rebuilding for some time and I'm at the end of my knowledge. 84 NA, 5 speed manual, digital dash. Here's where the problems begin

At times I will have no power to the interior including ignition, I found that one of my relays on the passenger side near the battery has a spotty connection and considering I've already done some repairs I will plan on replacing the whole unit. After wiggling in the right spot I get all of my power back. What hasn't been fixed is my driver (right) side taillight which has 0 power. Power seems to stop at the plug for the antenna so I wired up a new one but I still have no power to the driver side, I'll mess around with it a bit but it seems like that isn't the cause of my issues. All bulbs are in and I replaced a few housings that looked spotty.

Problem #2 as I was messing around today is that everything follows my lights now. With my signal lights on everything on the dash will pulse including the pod gauges and ac unit and I can also hear my fuel pump pulsating. This also happens when to brake lights are on or if I activate the hazards. It's hard to see/hear as my left side turn signals are flashing very fast currently but there seems to be pulsating no matter which side I activate.
