hello,

i have an 1988 z31 turbo and i’d like to do an s13 coil over conversion. i know most of you will say to get z31 coil over and just be done with it. i agree with you but i’m a stubborn 17 who’s also broke and i got some mint s13 godspeed for free so i’d like to use them. but i was looking up a kit for it and i don’t see anything that supports my car being an 88 turbo. i also can’t change the hub easily because i have z32 breaks on so i’d have to do even more modifications. i need some suggestions or ideas i don’t know if anyone has done this before but i’m willing to be the first. i’m able to weld and do a bunch of fabrication. i just need someone who knows more about these cars and have better understanding of the engineering.

 

There are multiple writeups on how to convert S13 coilovers to fit the Z31. Coilover's for the Z31 - that should hopefully give you an idea on how to swap them in.
