What's up everybody. I'm new to these forums but not so new to Z's.I have an 85 NA Z31 that's currently not working but hopefully with some time and(more importantly)money, will be up and running once again.

In any case I'm kind of compiling a list...erm...plan of what I want done to it. And one of the things which I can seem to find...at least not yet....is a rear lip spoiler. Kinda like the one's on 240Z's.

I've seen some people just slap some sheet metal on the end paint and call it a day, but it looks....hokey.

It seems like customs gonna be the way to go but if any of you know about anything please let me know.

And if you guys have any other cool suggestions for looks and style, i wouldn't mind hearing all of those either. I'm greedy fo knowledge.

Rear lip spoiler?

Are you talking about a spoiler on the hatch or are you talking about the trim under the bumper?

For the hatch:
I guess the best example of the wing I have in mind is one like this 3 piece spoiler that I happen to come across with:



except on my Z31 of course.

 

The early Z31T (Maybe just the 84 AE?) had a urethane spoiler. Lots of info on AZ-Zbum's website too: http://www.az-zbum.com/information.body.kits.shtml

Thanks man, that website was hella useful. And fortunately I did find a wing that was exactly like how I imagined it. Too bad it was that TBO rear wing.

So far I haven't been able to find anything even close to similar to that type of wing. Other than it being on 240Z and 260Z.

Most of the forums I've seen they've had to custom make a wing like that.
