I need a Recaro passenger seat for an 88 Shiro.

I would like one in eXcellent condition.

that'll be a tough one to find. i don't think we have any Shiro owners here. good luck with your search.

 

get the part number from recaro and get calling, theres a slim to none chance of you finding a z31 recaro seat, but you might be able to find one out of an old porsche or something thats similar in style.

 

yeah thx, I am finding out how hard it is to find one. The seat was stolen before I got the car lol

I want an original seat in same condition as the other drivers seat and car, which is eXcellent for having 27k miles. I want style and material to be the same. thx

 

there nothing special, just old recaro's, theres not even a nissan part number on it.

 

Actually, it doesn't really matter unless he doesn't have the seat rails either. The Recaro seats that came in the Z31 are exactly the same passenger or driver. Only the mounting rails are different.

This does, however, bring up the question. Isn't there a "CLASSIFIEDS WANTED" section?

Got the same problem. Have an 88 Shiro myself, need to update the upholstery though the seats and foam are solid and the seats are really very comfortable. Im going to see if i can find and upholstery shop to redo mine. will be difficult to match because of the two-color seam-less fabric down the center. But if they can get a close match to the material, I'm ok with a seam down the middle.
