I changed the spark plugs on my 300ZX now I have a misfire and its only at idle and it sounds like its coming from all cylinders.

 

did you blow out the spark plug holes with air before starting to ensure not getting any stuff into the cylinders? Did you properly seat the plugs when installing? Did you get the wires installed in the proper firing order? Dizzy cap and rotor inspect.
