Installing BOV

Hey guys,
I'm new to the forums and to the Z world (and loving it). A few weeks ago I went out and bought an '88 300ZX turbo. Having a blast with it. Only one problem.. Recirc valve. It's killing me. I don't know much about how this engine is mapped out and google gave me a few different answers. Is the MAF before or after the recirc/diverter valve?



* If it's located before the MAF, that means I can just pop a BOV on, right?

the bov has to go after the maf. it goes between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, and depending weather it's resecurlated or vent to atmosphere the discharge pipe goes connected into the turbo inlet to make sure that all the air is compensated for. just look it up or i can draw you a diagram if you'd like because i realy didn't understand till i saw a picture.

One doesn't need to search the forum to answer this question. One just has to OPEN YOUR HOOD AND OPEN YOUR EYES.
