hx35 compressor housing....
I plan to post a picture of my issue here shortly.
Bought a used hx35 knowing it had a broken compressor wheel. Turbine and shaft look ok. Got it apart waiting for rebuild kit. My question concerns the compressor housing. I think all the damage to the area the wheel spins in can be polished out. But I'm unsure about the rigidity of the separated area in the pic. I can't find a used compressor housing. So if this can be polished out and the area rigidity won't cause me a problem, I won't have to worry.
