HKS exhausts

Does HKS sell turbo manifolds and complete exhaust systems from turbo back? Is the XR1 a good muffler or is there a better turbo muffler?

Hey Dan, the last time I talked to HKS they had a decent exhaust set up part number LET-NO6. I have no idea what it sounds like, it was going for 415.00 for a complete setup. Let me know if you find anything else. I have heard rumors that HKS actually discontinued production of exhaust set-ups for the z31.

HKS exhaust

Hey Dan300,

I have an 86 Z31 non-turbo in which I took to a local muffler shop and had them install HKS's Universal muffler (170mm shell, 120mm diameter #3106-EX007) with a 2 1/2 inch cat-back set-up. To say the least the muffler system is awsome! The sound and the performance of the HKS is great; an aggressive growl but not too loud. Hopefully that helps you out.
