Hard start after driving awhile

I know there has to be a thread somewhere for this, but My 84 300 ZX Turbo just started this about a month ago. Starts and runs perfect on initial cold start up, drive awhile and get ready to go again and it acts just like it is flooded or not getting fuel. It will start, but runs rough until you accelerate a couple of times then it is good to go. Not every time with this mind you it is an intermittent problem. Checking fuel pressure now to see if rail is leaking down, but would appreciate any suggestions. Retired mechanic but this is a learning experience on the Lady Z. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I have an 85 N\A but had a very similar problem. On a cold start engine would fire and run fine. After driving for a bit, say down the road to get gas or a quick stop, after turning off engine and then restarting the engine would behave like it was starving for fuel. Like it was bogging down and would not accelerate cleanly. After driving for a bit it would clear up and run fine.
I tried cleaning the MAS and looked over a few other things but could not find an obvious issue. Being I had just bought the car a few months prior I took it to Nissan for maintenance to replace all plugs, wires, cap using OEM parts. After replacing them, car ran 1000% better. More power and never had the issue with the bogging down on a restart. Run clean and smooth.

Not saying its the fix to your problem but that resolved my issue..
