I have a 1984 ae Turbo 5 speed. Is there a preset for the ficd adjustment screw? If so, what is it? Also, my car idles at about 700 rpm whether the engine is cold or hot. I start it up and it's at 700 rpm - no variance. Is this normal? If not - how to correct? thanks.

Yes, I have the Haynes book as well as the service manual (CD). Lots of pictures but no information on where the adjustment screw should be set.
