Upon swapping out a battery and this happened unexpectedly. I'm getting 12 volts at the battery and 12 volts at the fuse link box. Everything seems fine, until key is turned to start, and the voltage meter goes low.no click nothing. Meter reads 4 volts. I confirmed The gray fuse link has continuity,The one closest to the wheel hub.
