300zx vs 280z rims
Really simple Question i must know. Will 1978 280z rims bolt right on a 1985 300zx 4 lug? I have some nice rims off of my 280z and would like to put them on my 300zx. But my problem is that the cars are far away from each other and i want to make sure they will fit before i buy tires and slap them on my 300zx.
Let me know

you will have to watch the outside clearance.
They bolt on but might rub if your Z31 is lowered or maybe rub when the suspension compresses.
I would guess that if they are 15x7 with zero to +20 offset then you'll be fine.
That car looks to have at least an 8 inch wide wheel on the back.
If you are paying a lot for these then I would suggest a test fit and short test drive if you can. Or at least get the specs. Diameter, width, and offset. (tire size if they are in tires)
