My label on my relay cover was really bad shape, I had tried to re-glue it, but it just peeled back up, when I completely removed it I found a spider web. A quick search online and I found Nissan part 24137-01P00.

I included an image of the label a creative person could use to make a label ,
and my cover after I removed the adhesive.

I ordered a new label from my local Nissan dealer, was about 7$, found them online for less, but with shipping was over 15$
