she is a 80 10th ann ....someone repainted it ....it was to toned black and gold ..it has the little plack next to the shifter it says #1200 something out of 3000 made ....pretty sick to bad they painted her yellow i would have left it stock ....its a 10th ann. what was the guy thinking

 

Is it a 5 speed or an automatic? How many miles?

 

my car is a 10th anniversary =D just got her like a week ago... the yellow 280zx should have been stock haha but still looks sexxy

 

its a stock 5 speed and i think ????? its over 200k on the OD IWW ..its got acura seats and its stock other then they switched the muffler to the left side ....i am giving him my red seats and a bunch of small stuff ...he is going to try to put her back to stock over time

I found a Special Edition '80 5-speed [black w/ gold, leather] in Cedar City last week - I wanted it sooo bad! No info on the price though, but it was in MINT condition!

 

hey that Z is nice no matter what kind.. but i dont think A. he knew it was limited edition or B. it may have just been in really bad shape and well.. we all like for our cars to be Beautiful.. to me looks are of no matter.. i think the flaws make her stand out even more as i am flying by..

I asked because the 5 speeds are even more rare as they made fewer 10th anniversary editions with a 5 speed than the automatic.

Most of the people that could afford the hefty price premium back then also wanted the 'civility' of the automatic tranny.
