You can get that for your Z. Friend had it on his 180SX. It's been around since the early 90's. It's made by a company called Defi, the product is called a Virtual Super Display, VSD for short. They have a newer version of it that came out a few years ago. Anyway, a search engine will net you a link to their info. Costs 130-210 depending on the model.
