What is "Wastegate spring pressure"?

What is "Wastegate spring pressure"?
Quick question: what is the stock wastegate spring pressure? If the factory boost pressure was about 7psi, does that mean that "7" is the wastegate's spring pressure?

The stock spring pressure is around 5-7 psi from what I've seen. But yeah, "7" would be the stock spring pressure.
